It is the accumulation of our unique lived experiences that shape the individuals we are.Inheritance is not just something we come into, it's what we connect through.OUR METHODOLOGY Traditional approaches to Inclusion, such as bias trainings, often focus on external differences, which is surface level and ineffective. We want to foster true evolution.
