UpBright is a young and dynamic training and coaching organisation based in Hong Kong created to help people be aware of, understand and manage their own emotions as well as relate to the emotions of others. We do this through various programmes specifically created for parents in the family environment, for leaders and managers in the work place as well as bespoke coaching and consultation sessions for individuals. We believe that emotional intelligence is vital to all aspects of our lives. We demonstrate very different behaviour with children and partners at home, on the beach, at a party and in the workplace, but underneath it all we are in our individual emotional world and that world impacts everything that we do.
