We work with engineering companies and our clients find that the fresh graduates are not hands-on. Often, they lack multi disciplinary skills. To address this issue, we conduct highly engaging, technical sessions for graduate trainees. Recently, we did a program with L&T for their 100+ graduates. The new trainees built scaled down prototypes of working conveyor system - both the mechanical assembly and the control panel. We introduced challenges and resource constraints at various stages to simulate product development. Also, we created an evaluation report for each candidate which L&T used to achieve candidate-profile fit and fine-tune their training calendar.
