When two foodies meet, good things happen - this line sums up Crumbcoat's entire journey quite precisely.Going back in time, the seed for Crumbcoat was planted while our two foodies, Arko and Onchu were binging on food videos and recipes one late night (not guilty). Finally giving in to their cravings and deciding to try out their cooking skills, the only thing both of them were interested and curious about trying was a simple pancake. With limited ingredients and no experience, they made a plate of pancakes.As they say, the first pancake is always a sacrifice to the God of the Griddle. And since it was their first-ever pancake, they liked it to the most. But what to do with the leftover batter? The ‘magic batter' as they call it, took a long time and a lot of recipes to master and reach the perfection it is today.It was not long until they started to experiment with recipes and desserts that were exquisite and hard to come by. Family and friends were very much into their cooking and encouraged them to start an outlet. And finally, Crumbcoat was set up as a cloud kitchen in Hyderabad, where Arko and Onchu would prepare orders from a 1bhk flat.We started from serving just pancakes to currently serving a variety of different desserts ranging from pancakes, waffles, crepes, french toasts, cereal pancakes (more to come). The love shown by you guys was immense, and soon Crumbcoat had to be shifted to a bigger place so that our amazing desserts could reach more people. So the next time you are craving for anything sweet you need not hop different dessert stops. Because at Crumbcoat we have something special for everyone.
