Quick House was created in 1984 to build and assemble silos for cereal grain crop drying and storage. After visiting trade exhibitions abroad and performing a market analysis, a conclusion was reached that the civil construction sector in Brazil had no significant technological improvements in production for many years. From that moment onwards, a building system was developed for manufacture, performing inside the factory a large share of the services that are usually performed in the construction site. Following a period of building prototypes and researching about materials in Brazil and abroad, the Quick House system was created. The work force in the construction site is entirely outsourced and there are distinct teams for each service. This strategy speeds up the construction and improves the quality of the work force by allowing specialized training for each task. The company's goal is to offer the market a high quality, durable product, which due to its high productivity and minimal waste allows us to charge lower prices compared to products with the same level of quality of workmanship. The Quick House building system was thus christened due to its remarkable speed of construction.
