Perlman Architects is an award winning architectural design firm in Las Vegas specializing primarily in the planning and design of Residential, Retail, Office and Mixed Use Projects. We are known in Las Vegas as the Architects of the District in Green Valley, the first mixed-use, live-work-shop-dine experience in the Las Vegas Valley. Our portfolio also includes several Schools, Houses of Worship, Senior Living, Restaurants and Club projects.In 2010 our firm developed and trademarked the Multi-Gen® and Live-Work® home concepts that are sweeping the Production Home Industry. Over the years we have designed hundreds of multi-family projects and currently have 2,000 units in design in Las Vegas alone.
