The menu will change frequently, to keep in stride with the growing season while concentrating on the bounty of simple, fresh Pacific Northwest flavors. The journey to Orcas Island lies in the beautiful ferry ride, only two hours north of Seattle. Travel to the ferry is packed with adventure: snow-capped mountains, fields of blossoming red tulips, apple farms, and green pastures. The island is sheltered from the erratic Pacific Northwest storm channel, allowing for more sunny days than the greater Seattle metropolitan area.
