Kulkarni Weaving Mills was established in 1999. Since then we are one of the top Leno Weavers in India; specifically, catering to the medical industry. We are a family owned company with a solid financial foundation. We have done business with Indian and multinational companies.Our factory is located near the town of Ichalkaranji in the state of Maharashtra in India. The town of Ichalkaranji has a long tradition of the weaving industry and hence has an easy access to yarn, labor and technical expertise related to the weaving industry. Our Rapier auto looms produce a faultless Leno fabric with superior quality yarn. We specialize in producing 5000 meter rolls of joint-less surgical Leno fabric. The absence of joints results in maximum yield for our customers. We also manufacture Paraffin Gauze (course Leno), crepe bandage and are in the process of developing new fabrics. We have an in-house processing unit for removing the starch and other chemicals from the fabric. We feel proud to claim that our fabric is completely starch-free and has passed stringent starch tests conducted by our customers.
