We are an Inter College association of students from Management, Commerce, Mass media and Entrepreneurship sector from top most Institutions like St. Xavier's College Ranchi, St. Xavier's College Kolkata, BHU, DU and many more. Basically, it is an association of students who are committed to sharpen their excellence, want to have all round knowledge about corporate world and aim to be a leader in the respective areas.TLS is about bringing out the best in each student and providing them an opportunity to display their potential and skills of management and leadership.Society's spirit is to come out of the comfort zone and keep on questioning the need of moving ahead.We aim at organising different events and programs throughout the year to enable the student to explore their skills and managerial knowledge. The program and events will consist of quizzes, panel discussions, debates, speaker sessions with the leading business leaders and the brilliant student from all over India. We will also send out representative teams in the different managerial contest all over the world.
