An abstinence-based addiction recovery charity, based in Stevenage, Watford, St Albans and virtually, in Hertfordshire. We provide free daytime group therapy support for all addictions as we help adults to address the root cause of addictive behaviour, accessible to everyone whatever their drug of choice is:* alcohol * drugs * disordered eating * gambling * love and sex * destructive relationships * excessive internet use - gaming, porn or gambling * self-harm * shoppingWe also support the family or carers of those affected by another person's addictive behaviour. We have an Ofsted registered crèche in Stevenage and we provide outreach services in other areas in Hertfordshire.
