We are a Chartered Accountancy practice based in Havant (Hampshire) with an affiliated HMRC-regulated Trust and Company Service Provider (with whom we share an office) and also to an Irish- established and regulated trust company. The Company Service Provider is able to provide a personalized service, tailored to the needs of the client with a range of "back-office" services. This includes many administrative services, such as provision of Registered Office and/or directors, bookkeeping, payroll, company formation and ongoing Company Secretarial responsibilities, as well a range of clerical services (eg. invoicing, telephone answering, forwarding of mail, etc) and VAT compliance. We have extensive experience of assisting companies to grow, until such time as they are able to justify their own, independent organization and establishment. As a practice, we offer a full range of accountancy services, and taxation compliance and consultancy, in the fields of corporate tax (direct and indirect) and also personal tax (with an emphasis on non-UK domiciled clients). We also assist overseas clients with international tax issues, and have a range of contacts in the Crown Dependencies, and other International Financial Centres.
