Ardent Hire Solutions is a leading provider of technical expertise and plant hire solutions in the UK. With a fleet of 7,000 assets which have an average age of less than 3 years, 11 depots and 270 employees, we provide services to housebuilders, national and regional infrastructure contractors, building merchants and local contractors. Our hire fleet includes excavators, telehandlers, rollers, dumpers, rough terrain forklifts, roto-telehandlers and a comprehensive selection of attachments and ancillaries. As a relatively new company formed in 2015 following the acquisition and merger of 2 family businesses, we are challenging the hire industry to do things differently. The core of our proposition is about helping customers to improve their productivity, reduce operating costs and reduce risks in their businesses. Increasingly we are using technology to do this and as a way of differentiating our proposition in a sector that is often seen as reluctant to change.
