Replacing anecdotal information with data driven fact. Cost Management: Production of Capex and Opex budgets. Technology should not be budgeted for on a gross cost/sq.m as there are multiple factors affecting project spend e.g. procurement route, resiliency requirements, internal IT delivery, IT Risk and Security policies and the overall scale of a new technology roll out.
