Spark Fitness & Training started with a dream and a passion for fitness. I believe that fitness is more than just looking good in the mirror, hitting a number on the scale or being able to compete in an event. As we transform our bodies we transform our minds, our outlook on life and our belief in what is possible. My fitness journey has been so powerful that I feel a calling to help people change their lives through healthy lifestyle changes. My vision for Spark Training and Fitness is three fold. First, I want to provide a safe training environment, away from distractions where you are the only focus. For this reason, I have built and outfitted a professional level training studio located in my home. Second, I believe that most people get derailed due to "lack of progress" or boredom. While we work together, we will constantly communicate. Goal setting and accomplishments will be the cornerstone of our programs. We will talk about your goals, both short and long term. These may consist of training a certain number of times per week or working toward a larger goal, such as completing a 5k or half marathon. Finally, I wanted to train my way. I believe in functional fitness. We will train using the same motions we use every day. Very quickly, you will start to see progress as you complete everyday tasks with ease.
