Consejo Counseling and Referral Service is a community-based, client-centered behavioral health agency that provides high quality, comprehensive and integrated health care through the provision of mental health, chemical dependency, domestic/intimate partner violence, high-risk youth and sexual assault treatments and advocacy. Consejo primarily serves the Latino communities of Western Washington and, more broadly, has a deep commitment to providing linguistically competent and culturally consonant care to communities that might be poorly served under prevailing health care systems. Using evidence-based, strengths-focused and wellness and recovery oriented models of care, Consejo works collaboratively to transform, strengthen and empower the lives of its clients and its client communities.
