It's creation is the result of a lifetime of lessons and experiences that make Ashley believe you can be a successful business woman and be a force for good in the community. This belief and desire have led her away from the large corporate real estate establishment and all its constraints and led her to venturing out on her own and build a different type of real estate company. When Ashley decided to buy the building for her real estate company she made a decision that others may have questioned. The building was already occupied with a Salon. Instead of putting these hair care professionals out on the street, she decided to become a salon owner and improve their working conditions before starting her own. It's Ashley's hope that she has created an atmosphere where the stylists can build their dream business too. Shear Elegance was opened in Sept. 2017. The office for HomePoint Real Estate is slated to open in March of 2018.
