ERS recognizes that employees often confront personal problems that can negatively impact their performances at work. We are committed to helping employees locate solutions to personal problems before those problems result in disciplinary action or job loss. Early intervention with smaller problems prevents greater disruptions later on.By working closely with managers, supervisors and Human Resources, ERS is able to provide extensive support to those in high-stress supervisory positions.
