The Rehab Project was born from necessity. During my time as a strength and conditioning coach in X-Games, Olympics, MLB, and NCAA, I helped all types of athletes get back to elite level sport after ACL injuries. In these organizations its the norm to have strength coaches work alongside sports medicine staff throughout rehab. This is something that has been missing when the general public gets injured. Most insurance companies will cover 1-2 PT sessions per week for 5-6 months. Unfortunately, it takes much more than that to safely rehab an ACL. The Rehab Project is here to help fill those gaps.I will work with you and your PT/ATC to write a customized strength training plan specific to your surgery and your goals. Each step along the way will be met with movement screens and progress tests to help me move you along the process safely.Your program will be posted on our Visual Coaching app. I will have a video on there walking you through daily warm-ups. The app will also include exercise videos, tips, sets, reps as well as a daily wellness diary to keep me up-to-date on how you're doing. Programs also includes 1 hour of video call with month and access to me via e-mail or text.
