The Business Factory for India and Beyond At Venture Foundry we are passionate about creating new businesses that address mass market India opportunities using digital technology. Once we have researched and validated an idea, we are extremely fast to market and rapidly responsive thanks to our unique portfolio of in house capability businesses. Using this approach we aim to launch 3 to 5 new businesses a year. Our resources, skill sets and experience mean a high success rate. Our Approach: We have two models for building new Venture Foundry businesses in either the consumer or business sector: 1. We identify global trends and 'Indianise' them or take India opportunities and build businesses to address them. These are wholly owned Venture Foundry businesses. 2. We co-found businesses with like-minded entrepreneurs who want to use our capabilities to bring a scalable idea we love to market together. Venture Foundry's approach is research, develop, prove and improve. Our focus and set up means speed and agility in bringing ‘minimum viable products' to market with the best chance of success. Our portfolio approach and in house enabler businesses mean we learn from successes and mistakes and can re-use and re-cycle to be even faster and smarter to market. For clients of our capabilities, we work our hardest to exceed expectations. We passionately believe that ideas are 1% and execution is 99%, especially in India. We also believe that revenue is a good thing. For Entrepreneurs: Although we are neither an incubator or a fund, we are always happy to hear from great entrepreneurs to partner with. For the select entrepreneurs we work with we act as ‘co-founders with benefits'. Benefits like capital, capabilities, offices, administration, operations and finance. Of course, we also bring decades of digital product, design and execution experience.
