Champion started with manufacturing of woven wire mesh and expanded its product range to include screens, perforated sheets and fabricated mesh products.Quality and technical capabilities have been the basis of our growth. Our meshes and screens are manufactured in SS304, SS304L, SS316, SS316L, Duplex 2205, SS310, SS410, SS308, Mild Steel, Spring Steel, Galvanized Iron, Nickel, Monel, Nichrome, Bronze (65/35, 80/20), Copper, White Copper, Phosphor Bronze, Aluminium, Tungsten, Haste-alloy, Inconel, Molybdenum etc. Openings ranging from 0.005 mm - 100 mm with wire from 0.025 mm - 12 mm. Meshes are typically used for filtration, sieving, FBD, FBC, decorative, insect protection, EMI Shielding, RF shielding purposes. Screens are used in coal, stone crushers, cement, m-sand manufacturing, screening deck and shake shaker purposes.Perforated sheets are used in filters, sieving, screen decks, decorative facades, etc.,. They are manufactured in Mild Steel, SS304, SS316, Aluminium etc.,. Multiple shape options are available with us.
