These products are widely used in Light, Medium & Heavy Commercial Vehicles.In-house design capability for multi leaf, parabolic &air links as per customer inputs aided by latest software for recise designing.Fully automatic robotic heat treatment line employed with two Fanuc, Japan robots, high energy optimised gas fired furnaces with Krommschrodder burners with PID amd Pyro control. Consistently better mechanical & metallurgical properties and better camber stability are achieved from this state of art facility.Fully automatic Parabolic cell equipped with gas fired furnace, CNC Servo controlled automatic Parabolic rolling machine, high pressure descaler, online straightening, multi station press produces high stress parabolic & air links.Two pass Automatic Stress Shot Peening machine compliments better fatigue life by inducing optimised residual stress results.Fully automatic paint line equipped with electrostatic ,reciprocator assisted high speed bell spraying system and baking oven ensures totally controlled process for excellent finish & optimum salt spray results.Fatigue Life Cycle testing machine(Instron, Germany) and Customised XRD equipment for residual stress measurement helps to validate our design, thereby increasing the confidence of OEMs.Most Modern production & designing set up supported by a highly experienced & dedicated team is making Soni Auto, the first choice for the OEMs and importers.
