We, Shinkyokushinkai, are working hard every day to promote martial arts karate, with youth development, social contribution, and international exchange as the pillars of our activities, based on the philosophy of "excellent heart". In support of the dramatic internationalization of karate that originated in Japan, the Society has grown to have 100,000 registered members in 101 countries and regions around the world (as of May 2019). Karate is loved all over the world as a noble martial art that anyone can practice throughout their lives, regardless of national borders, races, religions, ages, and genders, and it has a role to enrich the hearts of many people. Is responsible for. Especially in recent years, the karate population of boys and girls has increased remarkably, and we are proud to play a part in solving serious problems such as bullying and withdrawal, which are worrisome in society.In addition to daily dojo training, our activities are widely introduced to the international community through the holding of various championships in which the results of the training are competed at home and abroad. This championship is systematized with the "World Open Karate Championship", a weight-indiscriminate world tournament held in Tokyo once every four years, at the top, and in 2011, the 10th all-round tournament to commemorate. Japan, the home country of karate, is defending the throne until the 11th tournament in 2015, holding an event that marks a major tradition of the world championships.In addition, we hold a championship with the highest peak of the weight indiscriminate "All Japan Karatedo Championships", which boasts a history of 50 years in Japan, and every time excellent players participate in a fierce battle.Participants in these championships are a group of martial arts who impose on themselves the rigorous daily discipline that is essential to their quest for strength, with the constant "quest for strength" in mind.
