The endeavour of Padakhep, one of the top national NGOs in Bangladesh, started in 1986 with its own resources in a small remote village of Barisal district. From the very beginning Padakhep grew relentlessly and is currently working all over the country with 250+ branches and offices with a strong workforce of over 3,500 employees, serving over 50 million people. The motto of the organisation is to utilize Holistic Development Approach for sustained human development.
