Haryana Enterprises Promotion Centre (HEPC) - a unique Single Roof Clearance System for the benefit of the new units or units under expansion. Was inaugurated by Hon'ble Chief Minister of Haryana, Shri Manohar Lal in February 2017. The single-roof facility is a part of Haryana's ongoing efforts to adopt a revolutionary mechanism to help simplify procedures and facilitate ease in doing business with the State supported by state-of-the-art Technology platform.Haryana is one of the first States in the country to launch a service that permits both - online submission and approval system through a dynamic interactive portal which resides under a single roof, statutory backing through the Haryana Enterprises Promotion Act 2016.Enterprises Promotion Policy formulated in August 2015 which laid a lot of emphasis on the Ease of Doing Business and creation of a single roof approval mechanism. The Policy proposed creation of a Haryana Enterprises Promotion Board under the chairmanship of Hon'ble Chief Minister at the apex level for approval of special package of incentives to Mega Projects (Rs. 100 crore & above) along with creation of the Empowered Executive Committee headed by PSCM for approvals/clearances to projects above Rs. 10 crore and Change of land use for 1 acre & above. Similarly, District Level Clearance Committees have been set up in each of the Districts headed by each of their respective Deputy Commissioners for approvals/clearances to projects upto Rs. 10 crore or Change of land use less than 1 acre.Informative Facts:* 63 industrial services of 12 Departments are offered under HEPC.* All State Level Industrial clearances /services would be granted in a maximum of 30 days, with an additional provision of 15 days for seeking information from the investor.* 23 officers from all the Departments are seated permanently under one-roof* 27 relationship managers for handholding the Investors supported by 12 Relationship Executives.* Dedicated Investor Help Desks set up in Delhi and Panchkula for expedited query resolution of investors.* Multiple helpline numbers for investor to answer all their queries;* Equipped high speed internet connectivity @ 10 mbps through dedicated leased line.
