Below are the current featured job openings: Watertown, MA office: • Business Systems Developer Develop/design informational reporting based on department needs, workflow, and current business models. BS in Computer Science or related field with 5 plus years experience in healthcare. Central Illinois offices (positions available in Savoy or Peoria): • Director of Clinical Services Manage the clinical services department responsible for utilization management, disease management and clinical assessment functions. Manage the development of member care plans, coordination of care transition activities, and the relationships between members, families, providers and the care team. BSN or above with current license and at least three years experience in management roles. • Director of Client Services Responsible for the strategic implementation and development and the oversight of operations of the department. Develop relationships in the community, ensuring that outstanding service is being provided and quality and quantity of performance is being monitored. • Member Resource Coordinators/Social Workers Provide support (including providing benefits and social services) to a diverse population of our members in Illinois.
