As a nonprofit organization with projects around the world, we were founded by international peacemaker, Marshall Rosenberg, Ph.D., author of the best selling book, "Nonviolent Communication: A Language of Life." Certified Trainers are not employees of CNVC but independent professionals who sign an annual agreement.
