Chicago MOTO Calendar for Breast Cancer (MOTO4BC) is a 12 month calendar project that merges motorcycle enthusiasts, their bikes, and photography to raise money for research.Hello! Welcome to MOTO4BC page! My name is Atalee Judy and in 2007 I had a brush with breast cancer that shook my life. Through a routine mammogram, my doctor found 3 fibroid cysts that were biopsied. They were not malignant, but were abnormal and considered precancerous. That day I decided to to go through surgery to have them removed. They not only removed 3, but found 11 more that were embedded deep in the adipose tissue. I believe that the surgery saved my life.Since then I have always envisioned to help raise money in some small way. I am not looking to make millions, nor do I ask that you donate to my cause. Donate your good money to research to help find a cure for breast cancer, albeit, ANY form of cancer and via any great organization!I recently came up with the idea to make a calendar to help raise money. Yeah right, who needs another calendar... well I certainly believe if it's for a good cause you can handle having one more calendar in your house! Not to mention, the art, if it's good it *might* be something you frame, or keep because it inspires you.I discovered that I could merge my love of motorcycles, photography, and my chameleon-style modeling together and create something special.
