We provide custom home building services and consultation to our customers in the Upper Arkansas River Valley area of Colorado. We are most passionate about building science, energy efficiency, communication, and helping you navigate the process of building your new home. DeLarue Building Co. is certified by the Passive House Institute of the U.S. as a Passive House Builder. He is also a member of the Passive House Alliance. Passive building is one of the most rigorous building certification programs in the world and focuses on energy-efficiency, unmatched comfort, air quality, durability, and conservation.
