At the time, Pete didn't have the background to improve his search results himself and traditional reputation companies quoted him thousands each month. Fortunately, he linked up with Patrick Ambron & Evan McGowan-Watson who did have a background in search engine optimization (SEO) and were able to clean up his reputation, but they couldn't stop thinking about the millions of other people who needed the tools to build a positive online presence.
