GRACE Cares' mission is to partner with local heroes and communities on small-scale community development projects that make a difference by empowering people to improve their lives. We do this with respect to local cultures and traditions.GRACE Cares, Inc. is a Vermont-based 501(c)(3) Public Charity founded in 2002 on the values of growth, resources, action, community, and empowerment. GRACE Cares partners with both domestic and international groups to support "local heroes" who strive to improve their communities sustainably through education and empowerment. Our Board of Directors and team of volunteers combine decades of experience in international development, education, management, and health programming to help advise, fund, and oversee these small projects with big impacts. We recognize the value of community as an integral part of a healthy world.
