JAKKS Management is a full-service property management and real estate investment consultant firm making multi-unit real estate ownership a reality for the everyday investor. We aim to dispel the notion that the only way to own a multi-unit property is by either investing hundreds of thousands of dollars or accepting a small ownership stake.Our clients range from large, experienced property owners to individuals making their first real estate purchase. No matter the size, we help each of our clients to create and manage their portfolio of properties with an eye on both short-term income and long-term wealth.In addition to market-rate properties, JAKKS utilizes its extensive affordable housing network and background to assist and advise in the investment of government-subsidized affordable housing. Our affordable management portfolio includes both Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and U.S. Department of Agriculture Rural Development (USDA RD) Section 515 properties. We pride ourselves on putting people first, focusing on working with organizations/people who value their community and the people within it. To support these endeavors, JAKKS Management co-created JAKKS Housing, a not-for-profit organization formed to increase investment in rural and urban communities.
