Forum Dental started off as solo-practitioner dental office in Rolla, MO over 30 years ago and we have now grown to 7 dental practices in the Missouri/Kansas area. We are a privately owned and operated organization as we provide a unique opportunity not found elsewhere.At Forum, our doctors walk right into a practice and get the complete autonomy they have been looking for while not assuming all of the stress and management duties of a solo-practitioner office. Doctors are able to choose their own schedule, their staff and the labs they feel best serve their patient base and we never, ever impose any production goals. Simply stated, our doctors are doctors and not production units.
