Currently we have 200 active rental units with another 150 planned to come online in the next 6-12 months.Everything TVC does is focused on the long term with our primary investment strategy being "buy and hold". This translates to a sense of quality and deliberateness that is at the very heart of every action. Though we are based in San Francisco, TierView Development takes care to partner with local organizations to investigate, analyze, design and build all of its projects.
