For over 55 years, Americollect has been making collection calls from Manitowoc, Wisconsin. We operate two divisions: one serving as a hospital's customer service team and the other as a healthcare collection agency.Our core collection method is called Ridiculously Nice Collections. It is vastly different from traditional collection tactics. With faith in the patient, our Ridiculously Nice Collections concept uses a sales approach to collecting. The major fundamental difference is that we do not use fear or intimidation to collect, rather options and education.Americollect has been ranked as a Best Places to Work by its teammates 12 out of the last 13 years.
