The Nebraska Petroleum Marketers and Convenience Store Association (NPCA) is a nonprofit trade association, founded in 1920, serving the needs of independent petroleum marketers (distributors), gasoline retailers, convenience store operators and truck stop owners throughout the state of Nebraska.Never before in the history of our industry have we had more rules, laws and regulations to deal with than today.
