Sirabella's Vegan Cheesecake is a New York style cheesecake that uses 100% vegan ingredients (dairy free and eggless). As founders, one of us is Vegan and the other is Lactose Intolerant. Our goal is to provide the same level of satisfaction and joy to the Vegan, Lactose Intolerant, Egg Allergic/High Cholesterol, and health conscious communities. We use only the finest ingredients (no eggs, no dairy) including lactose free cream cheese, vanilla, sugar, and lemon juice. Our vegan cheesecakes have a signature golden brown crumb bottom.
