Yukon Ventures was formed in 2018 by a group of diverse real estate professionals to develop and finance Cold Storage facilities. Recognizing a severely restricted supply and an increasing demand for space from users of all sizes and maturities, Yukon set out to bridge the gap by providing operators with much needed inventory. Yukon's management brings a unique perspective to the cold storage space, having come from servicing fast-growing, capacity-starved, office and retail space occupiers. Not unlike these tenants, users in the cold chain require an unbroken level of service throughout the lifespan of their business, while demanding an equally great level of flexibility as their businesses shift, expand, and contract to keep pace with changing markets. A critical link in America's fresh and frozen food supply chain, cold storage has been historically underbuilt and underfinanced due to the complexities and costs required to keep the cold chain unbroken. Yukon Ventures is dedicated to growing the cold storage industry and to bolstering America's cold food supply chain.
