LMS was created to fill the administrative void that looms between the office manager/administrator role and the higher level need of an Executive Director. LMS was founded by Kurt Obermeyer after realizing over the past many years that small to mid size firms needed the experience of a professional at this level but that it was simply not economical. LMS fills that void by offering higher level complex administration to a firm while working on an "as needed" and budgeted basis. In addition, LMS will work with your firm's current administrative team to set policies and processes that make the most sense.
