Couple this with Peak Body Health's physiotherapy knowledge, and we can make sure you get fit safely.Our staff have a history in elite sports, with a wealth of experience in sports-related injuries and treatments. We can customise your training or treatment, drawing upon training programs that elite athletes and our very own staff have found success in.Peak Body Health has staff with qualifications in dry needling, pilates, and a number of physiotherapy treatment models.Injury prevention is our focus.Working together we can avoid pain by stopping an injury from ever happening in the first place. Additionally ergonomics, health and safety and return to work programs are some of our specialties. We have qualified Rehabilitation and Return to Work Coordinators and our staff hold a Diploma in Health and Safety.We have sourced fitness products and equipment that will ensure you live each day healthier than the day before and get one step closer to your goal.
