Ege Vitrifiye Sağlık Gereçleri San. ve Tic. A.Ş. ,1994 yılında İzmir'de kurulmuştur. Fabrikamız, 41.600 m2si kapalı olmak üzere; toplam 59.000 m2 alan üzerinde faaliyet gösteren, dünyanın sayılı modern tesislerinden biridir. Üretim kapasitesi 1.500.000 adet/yıl olup, tam kapasite ile hizmet vermektedir. Üretiminin %86' sını yüksek basınçlı döküm tekniği ile gerçekleştirmektedir. Ürün portföyü ve tasarımları, dünya pazarlarına hakim trendler doğrultusunda sürekli güncellenmektedir. Ege Vitrifiye, ihracatını gerçekleştirdiği ülkelerin ilgili standart uygunluğu sertifikalarına sahiptir. Ege Vitrifiye Inc. is established Izmir in 1994. Our factory operates on an area of 59,000 m2, 41,600 m2 of which is closed area and as one of the most state-of-the-art facilities in the world in terms of its plant and technology used. Having a production capacity of 1.500.000 pcs per year and keeps the production in full capacity. 86% of the production is performed benefiting from the High Pressure Casting Technique which is the utmost technology, considering the manufacturing technology in vitrified products. Product development and design process are steered by customer demand and always kept up to date by following new trends in global markets. Ege Vitrifiye owns specialized quality certifications for its export markets. Moreover, Ege Vitrifiye has ISO 9001-the Quality Certification in the scope of international quality standards in design, product development, production, facility and services, ISO 14001- Environment Management System (EMS) which is an international recognized environmental management standard, ISO 10002-The Customer Satisfaction standard. The products have been rewarded by various certifications as NF in France, LGA in Germany, KIWA in Nederland as well as TSE Certificate of Suitability because of its compatibility with European standards. And also some of the products have been certified by WATERMARK indicating the compatibility with Australian standards.
