Our company is a farm specialized in the cultivation of cereals for pastification. The type of wheat used comes from fields located in the hills of the Marche, with soils that were previously cultivated with improving crops, respecting the ancient rules of rotation and organic fertilization. The ancient grains used for pastification are recognized for excellent quality characteristics in the production of semolina. We produce high-nutritional quality products made without making alterations to the grain of wheat. The type of pasta we make is an integral and organic bronze-drawn pasta and slowly dried.
