Based in New Delhi, Rehab India Foundation is a non-profit charity involved in the empowerment and development of the poor and the needy.Founded by some of the most committed philanthropists drawn from many parts of the country, recognising that those with wealth have a duty to those with less, it is a social development organisation dedicated to the development and empowerment of the deprived regardless of religion, gender, caste, creed, colour or political affiliations. Rehab aspires to facilitate an equitable, caring and sustainable society where people are free from poverty and illiteracy. We have developed Village Development Programmes which includes Education, Health & Sanitation and Economic Development related programmes to transform the villages.Rehab India Foundation has reached out to 60 villages and 70,182 beneficiaries so far, under its Village Development Programme (VDP) in various parts of India. We have successfully implemented our VDP Programme in 16 states i.e. Bihar, West Bengal, Assam, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Kerala, Telangana, Maharashtra, Goa, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Manipur and Karnataka to impart skills to the people and helping them to stand on their own feet.
