Fair Finance for Equal AccessWe are a not-for-profit organization that provides an ethical, fair, and responsible financing model for young people in Africa to access quality tertiary education. This model of financing is called an Income Share Agreement (ISA). The ISA model provides equal access to vocational and higher education programs with a high transition to employment rates for students from excluded backgrounds.Study Now Pay LaterThe ISA model allows our members to get focused on their studies without worrying about cumbersome debt.With the Income share agreement, our members agree to receive our investment to learn and complete their tertiary education at one of our educational partners. Once you graduate, we give you the time and space to find gainful employment.When you begin to earn enough to take care of their basic needs, their repayments kick in and our unique algorithm ensures that they pay a percentage of their earnings that does not encroach on their fundamental needs. If members earn more, they pay more, if they earn less, they pay less.Our Partner InstitutionsWe partner with educational institutions that prepare students for the world of work and have a strong link to the labor market as evidenced by a high transition to employment rates.Our ImpactTo date, we have financed 1461 students, 81% of whom are women and 44% are from rural areas. In addition, our community has 490 graduates.In 2021 we launched the Future of work fund.
