Technaffect Health Initiative is a student-led non-profit organization that is dedicated to promoting healthy lifestyle education. Technaffect provides free, accessible information on physical health, affective technology, and mental health. Technaffect hopes to bridge the gap between the different health components, not only through information, but by tackling it head on.There are three primary components of health: physical health, social health, and mental health. Though physical health is easily trackable, it is much harder to monitor social and mental health. Fortunately, in today's digital age, further advancements in overall health are possible through affective technology. We at Technaffect aim to promote opportunities and modern technologies to work towards more attainable holistic health.
