Founded since 2013, Elpia Messenger is created with single objective: to provide an effective and efficient mobile marketing solution for companies in Indonesia. Elpia Messenger is currently connected to all GSM Mobile Network Operator (MNO) in Indonesia. The state of connection is built upon the SMPP (Short Message Peer-to-Peer) Protocols, which is the industry standard for the interconnection of Elpia Messenger A2P (Application to Person) Messaging System. To be able to tap into Operators' Messaging Service, Elpia Messenger has collaborated with UK Based Global Messaging Operator as a messaging service aggregator and connected via SS7 Protocol, an international standard for MNO's network/switching connection. This aggregated connection enabled Elpia Messenger to send an SMS using Alphanumeric Sender ID, pulling Delivery Report instantly, and maintaining persistent connection to MNO's messaging service, across all MNOs. Our partnership with such aggregated messaging service also enables us to send the SMS to comply with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).Another unique feature of Elpia Messenger is also the HLR Lookup service. This feature is very powerful for customers wanting to cut their messaging cost by doing an HLR Lookup to their GSM number database, and then removing inactive and invalid numbers. Once the GSM number is validated, the messaging cost will be reduced significantly, because our user will only send their message to the GSM valid numbers.Elpia Messenger also provided back-to-back 24/7 Technical Support to the customers.
