Coderminds helps children between the ages of 6 and 16 to become "digitally literate". We believe it is significant that children learn to function safely and flexibly in the digital world and gain insight into how this world works. Why we do this? Not every child needs to become a programmer, but learning to program is a valuable skill in our ever-growing technological living and working world. How we do this? Coderminds guides children with their first steps in programming and technology. We introduce the basic principles of programming with a diverse range of projects. Children who participate are engaged in learning and problem-solving activities. While it may just be fun for them, they are working on essential skills. How nice is that? Thinking up, designing and implementing solutions together. After that, testing begins. Is it not working? Then we go back to the drawing board. We will continue to adjust and fine-tune until the students have a working product. We guide children in their journey from idea to successful product. The result is a child who is proud of his beautiful structure. What do we offer? A combination of programming and the STEAM method come together in our Robotics lessons. STEAM stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, Art & Mathematics and can no longer be ignored in our world. Our offer is tailored to the curriculum of the school and the lessons and materials are tailored to the age category of the child. The lessons are intended for students in grades 3 to 8 of primary and secondary school students. For primary schools, the division between groups 3 to 5 and groups 6 to 8 is used. Talented students are given the opportunity to participate in national and / or international competitions. We expect all students to complete the chosen package.
