Alan Pampanin has been practicing law since 1976 and in 1985 founded Pampanin Law Offices dedicated entirely to immigration law. Mr. Pampanin has been an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) since 1986. He served as Chairman of the New England Chapter in 1994-95 and since then has chaired numerous AILA committees and served as AILA Liaison to the CIS, the Department of Labor, and to the New England Congressional Delegation. He is the Editor of Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education's (MCLE) two volume Immigration Practice Manual. Alan Pampanin graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with a degree in English Literature. He earned the Juris Doctor Degree from Hastings Law School in San Francisco. Mr. Pampanin is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, and formerly of the California Bar Association. Mr. Pampanin has been on The Best Lawyers, Massachusetts list since 2001 and is a Massachusetts Super Lawyer.
