The property was once owned by Samuel Fordyce, founder of Mountain Valley Spring Water and whose name you'll find on the Bathhouse that now houses the Visitor Center for the National Park.A 15 minute walk from the Gold-Inn puts you at the start of the Central Avenue Historic District and Bathhouse Row, the heart of Hot Springs.
