The Queen's Female Leadership in Politics Conference is the first and only conference in Canada that is focused on fostering leadership and confidence in today's young women and to empower them to successfully engage in the political community. Our conference is held at the lovely Queen's University campus in Kingston, Ontario. Over three days, QFLIP equips over 200 delegates from all faculties at Queen's University and at other universities in Canada with the necessary skills and connections to become our country's next generation of trailblazers. The QFLIP conference is an experience that encourages young women to challenge and cultivate their capabilities and the capabilities of those around them. Join us in creating positive change by raising a new generation of motivated female leaders in Canada!
