Cerbul is an Italian company that has been operating in the textile market since 50 years. The headquarters are set in the Veneto region (Treviso province) and the production is made in Romania where 2 factories belonging to the Cerbul group are located.Cerbul is a production company that during its life has worked for the most prestigiuos Italian and foreign fashion brands. The type of garments that Cerbul is able to manufacture are blousons, jackets, safari jackets, coats, sporty blazers, vests, parkas, down jackets, sporty rain- coats, rainjackets, taped jackets, garment dyed jackets.The prcess managed by Cerbul in its offices in Treviso are the following ones:• receives sketches or samples from customers • prepares patterns and gradings • manufactures the first prototype • manufactures the final prototype after receiving the amendments of the customers • prepares representative samples for the agents • supply the ready-made garments buying all materials according to the customer'sspecifications• receive the orders from the customer• produces the order (made in Romania or made in Italy)Beside the traditional manufacturing Cerbul has recently decided to invest in new technologies which means ultrasonic machines, glued seams techniques and combined techniques in order to replace the traditional stitching seams.Employing the technologies above mentioned would be very difficult if we hadn't an R&D/Product Office very experienced and capable.
